To retain the ecological spirit of the land much attention has been given to carefully select individual lot shapes and building sites while maximizing privacy an d views. Roads are surfaced with crushed granite. Each of the five lots, varying in size from 1.79 to 5.70 acres, are provided with a private well and underground electrical/telephone services. Access is through gates.
